Made-to-Order Pieces / Custom Orders: Please allow about 4-6 weeks for custom requests from date of payment. I will send you tracking info for all orders as they ship. Insurance is not included with standard shipping, but can be added for an additional fee. Please reach out before or at checkout if you’d like this option.

I can typically ship worldwide. Please note that international buyers are responsible for any customs duties or import fees upon delivery.

• Yes! Custom jewelry typically requires 4-6 weeks for completion and a $50 deposit to begin work. Once the deposit is paid, custom orders are non-refundable. The rest of the payment is due before shipping.

Currently, we do not offer resizing or repairs as we don’t have all the necessary equipment.

To keep your jewelry looking its best:

• Remove before showering, swimming, or strenuous activities. (turquoise is especially porous)

• Clean gently with a jewelry cloth.

• Do not submerge in harsh cleaners or chemicals — this can damage stones and metals.
  

If you need your jewelry by a specific date, please reach out before purchasing. I’ll do my best to accommodate depending on my current workload.

Because each piece is handmade, I generally do not accept returns. However, if there’s an issue with your order, please reach out and I’ll do my best to make it right.
