How long will it take to ship my order?

Accepted Answer

Ready-to-Ship Pieces: Ships within 3 - 7 business days.

Made-to-Order Pieces / Custom Orders: Please allow about 4-6 weeks for custom requests from date of payment.

I will send you tracking info for all orders as they ship. Insurance is not included with standard shipping, but can be added for an additional fee. Please reach out before or at checkout if you’d like this option.

Do you ship internationally?

I can typically ship worldwide. Please note that international buyers are responsible for any customs duties or import fees upon delivery.

Do you accept custom orders?

Accepted Answer

Yes! Custom jewelry typically requires 4-6 weeks for completion and a $50 deposit to begin work. Once the deposit is paid, custom orders are non-refundable. The rest of the payment is due before shipping.

Do you do repairs or resizing?

Currently, we do not offer resizing or repairs as we don’t have all the necessary equipment.

How do I care for my jewelry?

Accepted Answer

To keep your jewelry looking its best:
Remove before showering, swimming, or strenuous activities. (turquoise is especially porous)
Clean gently with a jewelry cloth.
Do not submerge in harsh cleaners or chemicals — this can damage stones and metals.

Can you do a rush order?

If you need your jewelry by a specific date, please reach out before purchasing. I’ll do my best to accommodate depending on my current workload.

Do you accept returns or exchanges?

Because each piece is handmade, I generally do not accept returns. However, if there’s an issue with your order, please reach out and I’ll do my best to make it right.

Please shop mindfully and make sure sizing and details are correct before purchasing.

All jewelry is 100% handmade — small variations or imperfections are part of what makes each piece unique and one-of-a-kind. These pieces are one in a million, not one OF a million.
